Delivery Information
Neurotica delivers worldwide, depending upon the country in which the order has been placed, the customer will be required to pay the standard postage costs via their payment of their order online at the Neurotica E Boutique.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Standard Delivery
Within 3 - 5 working days: £3.95
- Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
- Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
- Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Standard Delivery (4-8 working days)
The cost of delivery within Europe is £5.95
- When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
- Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer an Express Delivery option on European deliveries.
- Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
- We're sorry, but we can't change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.
- If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
Standard Delivery (8-10 working days)
The cost of delivery within USA and Canada is £5.95
- Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer an Express Delivery option on transatlantic deliveries.
- Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Neurotica, for a full refund unless specified clearly next to the product name.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to the Neurotica Customer Care contact details below.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked "non refundable" next to the product name.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
Please complete the form on the back of your invoice and send both the invoice and parcel to: Neurotica Returns, Cleveland works, Three Colts Lane, London, E2 6JS.
Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact Neurotica quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Neurotica quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Your Privacy
Neurotica is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you.
All your credit card and other personal payment information is kept completely confidential and is not passed onto any other third parties. We do not under any circumstances store or hold any financial details regarding your credit card or debit card details, or any other financial information.
Your Consent
We will not sell or disclose your name, address, e-mail address, payment information or any other personal information to any third party unless it is requested under exceptional circumstances, in which case we will first inform you and gain your full consent.
As previously stated, we do not under any circumstance store or keep records of any debit card, credit card or any other financial details and therefore would not disclose these to any third party under any circumstance.
Communication
If you have made a purchase from our store we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us when you become a member of the Neurotica Army membership.
All Neurotica members have the option to opt-out of receiving communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us you can click on the "unsubscribe" link in any email communications which might we send you.
